There were no immediate reports of injuries, and evacuations were not ordered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But the Japan Meteorological Agency urged those in the area to &#8220;refrain from entering the danger zone&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The eruption occurred at Mt.
